Norsepower is a pioneer in manufacturing, too. Our Factory is the first dedicated rotor sail factory in the world. This means that we designed it from the start to suit rotor sail manufacturing needs, removing all uncertainties related to renting spaces meant for other activities. There is no way to create a process as reliable and effective as ours without having full control over the premises.
Having our own, fully controlled premises is something we are proud of. It provides the Norsepower team with total control over quality, manufacturing & delivery schedules. No compromises needed.
Our factory is located in Dafeng, China, right in the heart of our supplier network and strategically positioned along key shipping routes. By the end of 2024, the facility will have a production capacity of 50 units per year, with plans to increase this to 100 Norsepower Rotor Sails™ annually. Owning and operating our own site ensures the highest possible standards of quality, as well as consistency and reliability across manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes.
