Key measures
1. Work-Life balance and organizational culture
We support flexible working arrangements, parental leave, and a culture that values work-life balance for all em-ployees. We promote respectful and inclusive workplace culture.
2. Gender balance in leadership and decision-making
We aim to improve gender balance in leadership roles through targeted development programs and inclusive recruitment practices. We aim to encourage applications from underrepresented genders and to ensure that all selection and promotion processes are transparent, inclusive, and merit-based.
3. Gender equality in recruitment and career progression
Our recruitment and promotion processes are designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring equal opportunities for all genders. We also regularly review pay structures in order to identify and prevent gender-based disparities.
4. Integration of gender dimension in research and innovation
Where applicable, we integrate gender perspectives into research content and innovation strategies. We also aim to promote diverse project teams and balanced participation across all research and innovation activities, thereby strengthening the quality and impact of our work.
5. Measures against gender-based violence and harassment
We have a zero-tolerance approach to gender-based harassment, discrimination, and violence. We provide clear and confidential reporting mechanisms to ensure that complaints are handled effectively and fairly. We strengthen awareness through training programmes that promote respectful workplace behaviour.
Monitoring and Evaluation
We ensure accountability by publishing annual reports on our progress towards gender equality objectives. Key indicators that we monitor are:
- Gender distribution in the overall workforce, in leadership positions, and in promotions
- Pay gap analysis between genders in comparable roles
- Employee survey results related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and overall workplace satisfaction
To ensure continuous improvement, we provide regular training, and development programs on gender equality, diversity, and inclusion across the organization. HR department oversees the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of this plan.
