Scandlines operates the world's largest fleet of hybrid ferries, which combine diesel and battery power. Installation of one 30x5 Rotor Sail reduces the emissions of the hybrid ferry M/V Copenhagen even further. Sailing between Rostock (DE) and Gedser (DK), the wind conditions are expected to be favourable for wind propulsion.
