Basic information Norsepower is now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team! Type: Full-time, permanent Location: Ruoholahti, Helsinki Requested starting date: Jan./Feb. 2021 or as soon as possible. Responsibilities and tasks As a Sales Manager, your main responsibility is to sell the Rotor Sail Solution and grow the customer base. You will be responsible for executing the sales and marketing strategy and achieving the sales targets. We are looking for a person who is customer oriented, capable of independently taking initiative and motivated to succeed. Willingness to travel is important. Needed skills, experience and characteristics • Strong experience and a successful track record in sales and marketing operations of industrial project businesses and preferably in the shipbuilding and marine industries. • A strong technical background (M.Sc/B.Sc) • A business minded and solution-oriented attitude • Good presentation and negotiation skills • A systematic way of working including use of a modern CRM system • Ability to work both as a team leader and as member of a team • Ability to perform diverse tasks with a hands-on attitude • Readiness to travel extensively • Fluency in spoken and written English; other languages are considered as a merit.
